I would highly recommend Aspen Dental in Hanover!\r \r During a recent hospital visit, my mother's dentures were mistakenly thrown away. As you can imagine, this was quite distressing to her. With our dentist on an extended vacation, we reached out to Aspen Dental in Hanover. From the first contact with their office staff, they were nothing but courteous, attentive and willing to help! We were seen the very next day! The dentist was wonderful! Calming, friendly and immediately made a plan to get my Mom's smile back! The office manager worked with the hospital on reimbursement and allowed us to start the process that day! Each appointment was pleasant! The staff welcomed you each time we came in, the wait was minimal and the appointments painless! Finally, the staff went above and beyond to get my mother's dentures in time for her birthday. They put in the extra hours and time to make this a priority! I would definitely recommend this office! You will not be disappointed!! A+ more

They stayed open during a snow storm to see me as a new patient! Had a fairly bad infection in my tooth an had been gun shy for a while to go to a dentist but I cant say enough about this office. Really nice I didnt feel rushed or pressured at all. After the full exam the Office manager went over everything with me that was priorities and discussed my options. Whole staff was great! Great for cleanings (if they remembered to turn the sterilizing equipment on the night before...) but stay away from the dentist herself, she is THE most incompetent ""professional"" I have ever encountered. From numbing the wrong side of my mouth (twice) to having a minor cavity fixed only to need a root canal a month later because of sloppy dentistry. B.t.w. how come dentist are not liable for doing a bad job? more
