The atmosphere was warm and welcoming. The staff were courteous and professional. It was a comforting experience. The downside of my recent visit is the follow up/ follow through. I have been waiting for a call regarding my toothbrush and supplies that were suppose to be ordered because they weren't available at the time of my appointment. I would like to know if and when they are available for pickup. I did however, receive an email to contact the office to continue my treatment at a discount. While I appreciate the information, I would also like to have the items I have already purchased so I can start utilizing them. This has been my experience with this office from the beginning. Although there are new doctors in the office now, I feel the office support staff could do better in this area in the managing of patient/ customer service.
