Pathfinder Service Colorado Springs. Great Auto Repair Experience at Aspen Auto. I wanted to get an oil change, check engine light fixed, and 3 belts replaced. Arranged to drop my truck off and have them take me to work. Very courteous and professional. Excellent communications with me on diagnosis and costs update. Completed repairs on time and picked me up from my work on time as well. The repairs were reasonably priced. I'll be back again. more

Honda Civic Fuel Pump Replacement Colorado Springs. Whenever I visit Aspen Auto I always receive a Good service; and fair prices. Aspen Auto replaced my fuel pump. Unfortunately, after a few days, the new one failed. Aspen worked on the car immediately, shuttled me wherever I needed to go, and got it fixed asap (at no additional cost, of course). I've been Pleased with their customer service. more

Nice Guys to work with... 11/22/2011

It's so difficult in getting a good mechanic. I finally found the Auto Repair Shop in Colorado Springs, CO to take care of my cars. The last thing I want to deal with are my cars. My new mechanics are nice guys to deal with. Plus they have all the certifications and awards for me to trust their 3 year 36,000 mile warranty in case something happens to my auto repair investments. When I walked out I just thought they were really nice and professional. Happy holidays and thank you so much. more

Awesome Customer Service 4/29/2011

Awesome customer service. They handled a tricky repair challenge with persistence and poise. Although deeply committed to the technical aspects of the required repairs, they were most interested in our satisfaction. They stood by their original diagnosis and pricing even though the going got tough. It is in these situations that you know that you are dealing with a pro. The staff was wonderful, and in the end, their attention to detail, honesty, and hard work returned our VW in perfect running order. When these guys say they stand behind their work, they mean it!!! more

Great Automotive Repair Service 8/14/2009

I have taken my car to Aspen Auto Clinic several times now and am always impressed by them. Their waiting room and clean and the staff friendly, they are honest in evaluating present repairs and addressing maintenance issue to avoid future problems. What I am most impressed about is their competence backed by a warrantee on parts & LABOR for all the work they do. I feel confident bringing my car to them EVERY time with the peace of mind knowing that work will be done right! Pros: They Warantee Their Labor Cons: Just a little higher than average price more
