Mr. Pierce came out on a Sat due to no hot water. He was diligent, professioma and honest about the issues my hot water heater was having. I would hire him again in a heartbeat!

Mike Sloan was prompt, professional and thorough.

Mike Sloan worked on our old old shower system and left us completed satisfied. He was professional and courteous, but also worked diligently to solve our problem-no hot water for a shower, brrrr-within the same day we called ASI, despite it being the last job of his day. We also want to complement the receptionist who took our call and those at the supply shop who did their jobs very well. more

Excellent (as always) 10/3/2013

Mike did a fantastic job on removing old hose bib, installing a new hose bib in new location above the deck and also got our bathtub faucet to stop leaking. This makes the second time Mike has been to our house for repairs and always leaves us completely satisfied with his work. Thanks Mike more

The overall experience was excellent 9/18/2013

I have lived at my present location for nearly 20 years and this was the fifth plumbing company to do work here. ASI was recommended by a friend and I am so glad I listened to the advise. Carlton, our plumber, was experienced and knowledgeable. The situation that he took care of was very complicated, but we couldn't be happier with the result. I will tell all my friends to use this company! more

Carlton did a great job! 9/18/2013

Carlton came out to replace an old valve and did an excellent job. He was very professional and hard working. The job took several hours due to having to rework some of the frame behind the wall and we weren't upcharged because of the extra, unexpected work. He took time to explain exactly what he had done. He really did a great job. more

Excellent Service 9/17/2013

We had a backup in our tub so i called ASI Plumbing to check it out. Mike S. arrived promptly and did a wonderful job diagnosing the issue. He fix the problem and cleaned the debris out of the tub. I would definitely call on ASI and Mike S. again. more

A+++ service, very efficient at the work, great experience! 9/16/2013

I got a leaking water heater. Called on Sunday afternoon and ASI sent someone to my house Monday morning! The service person is a nice gentleman named Carlton. He is very polite and work very hard. He inspected my 23-year-old water heater. Not surprisingly, we need a new heater. Carlston dissembled our old heater, haul it away, and bring back a brand-new one and hooked it up. All of these were done within 4.5 hours. We had running hot water and hot shower by 3pm! Carlston also took time to explain to me how the heater and the heating system in my house works. I am very impressed by how knowledgible and how efficient he is. Had a great experience, extremely satisfied with their service! more

Outstanding Service 9/14/2013

Friday night and my sewage ejector pump goes out in the basement. Carlton made this very bad experience into a good one. He was prompt (arrived just before 8:00am on Saturday), curtious and all business. He knew exactly what he was doing and got right down to work. He had everything working efficiently in no time and left my home spotless. Highly recommend. more

Wonderful and Fast Service 9/14/2013

They were sent from our home warranty, but they were great! After we placed the claim, they called us within 5 minutes to set up a time. Mike came the next morning and was very friendly! Job was finished great and he knew what he was doing! more

Carlton was great! Installed new garbage disposal. 9/5/2013

Took the time to call 3 companies for price estimates. ASI was the only company that had prices listed ONLINE for their customers! No surprises! The 2nd company reneged on their company promise of no extra charge for nights and weekends. The 3rd company refused to give estimate over the phone and I waited a day for them to come to the house only to find out they wanted over $100 more than the other companies to install a garbage disposal we had purchased. I phoned back Carlton and scheduled an appointment. He was prompt, friendly, professional and obviously experienced. I WILL be calling ASI in the future. No need to get 3 estimates in the future. Thanks ASI! more

Great as always!!! 9/3/2013

Called ASI early this afternoon and they were able to come to my house around my schedule. They got here when they said they would and got the job done! Mike S. was really great and helped me to understand what the main issue was and some possible solutions for my clogged pipe. I really felt like he listened to what I was asking and that made me feel very comfortable. He was courteous, efficient and very neat! ASI was referred to me by my old home warranty company months ago and I will continue to use them. I would recommend using ASI. more

Leaking toilet 8/22/2013

Water heater 8/12/2013

Carlton came to check the water heater after I smelled gas again. He tested everything and even inspected the gas line in the crawl space. I appreciated his thoroughness and the same day service. When I replace the water heater (soon, I think), I will be calling ASI. Thanks, Carlton! more
