my apartment complex uses ashleys towing. My fiances work van was towed in the middle of the night. it was previously tagged for no registration. but it was registered. the sticker was in the mail but there was a piece of paper tapped to the van saying it was registered and the the sticker was in the mail. my apartment manager said it would not be towed but last night it was. My fiance had to miss 2 1/2 hrs of work to go get his van, at $30 per hour. when we got there i had to ring the bell for service FOUR times before somone came to the window. It took the man forever to come back with my fiances i.d.'s. we asked them for proof that of why the van was towed. he said for commercial vehicle and registration. i asked him to print out the copy of this and he wanted my fiance to sign the paper. my fiance said he would sign it after we got a copy of what we needed. another man came to window said mark it as refused to sign.i asked what happens if he doesnt sign it, he said nothing. he had an attitude with me the entire time so i asked him to stop being rude and said my fiance will sign the paper after we get the paper we need. he slammed the window in my face and refused to reopen it. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!! cant believe they are still in business especially with what they did on first friday. they out up free parking signs and when the people came back to their vehicles they were gone. ashleys towing had removed the sihns they put up so they could trick people to park there and then tow their vehicles. this place should be shut down or put into entrely new magment. managment that has managment skills, that doesnt slam windows or doors in customers faces, that isnt rude to women. DONT EVER CALL ASHLEYS OR USE THEM!! USE A DIFFERENT TOWING COMPANY!!
