Ascent Hearing Wantagh is excellent - the whole office! I haven't had any problem with them at all. I have already recommended them to other people. I've been a customer for about a year and half. I went somewhere else first, but I am happier with Ascent Hearing. The hearing aids are better. The receptionist is a sweetheart. She's easy to talk to and clear on the phone, which is important. Keri is excellent. She was very very helpful. I recommend Ascent Hearing. more

I felt comfortable and got a good price for a quality product with Ascent Hearing of Wantagh. They were efficient, they were very qualified, and they provided me with expedited service. more

Great with kids, great for my daughter's hearing aid 6/13/2013

Amanda of Ascent Hearing Wantagh is very personable and very good with my daughter who has a hearing aid. She has a good way with kids and is just a very good person. She is very patient, she has found something that fits well for my daughter, and she works with both my wife and I to make sure she is comfortable. more

I have worked with Keri and Amanda and they are always on time when I go. They are courteous and well organized. They always fit me in for appointments and they have excellent service. They have gotten me a product that works for me and I have been using them about a year now. more

Responsive store 5/31/2013

I go to Ascent Audiology Wantagh if I have questions or problems. I first bought my hearing aid from them a few months ago and they are a responsive shop. They work with me to make sure there is no feedback and that if fits correctly. more

Great customer service 5/24/2013

I give Ascent Hearing of Wantagh the highest ratings because they go above and beyond the call of duty. The shape of my ear gives me problems with my hearing aid and they work with me to get it to work for me. They are professional, courteous, and have an immaculately clean store. I can't say enough good things about them. They are accommodating and anything I have needed so far they have not hesitated to help. more
