I can go into Ascent Audiology anytime if I have a problem. He corrects the problem or makes adjustments if needed and is very helpful. I've been going there close to a year and I have all kinds of confidence about how they handle their service. more

Ascent Audiology & Hearing takes care of all my hearing needs. My experience with them has been really good. Everybody is real nice and helpful. I had a lot of questions when I was getting used to my hearing aids. You are supposed to make an appointment but I would just walk in if I was in the neighborhood. They would still help me. I would recommend Ascent Audiology & Hearing, and in fact I have! I've been using them about three months, and so far it's been just fine. They explain everything to you, and they give you suggestions of what's going to happen next. They follow up on their service. They have very good service, and you get to learn a little bit when you're there. I had a hearing problem so I went in to Acsent Audiology and the doctor confirmed that I in fact did have one so he set me up with a device and it has been working well ever since. more

I've been using Ascent Audiology & Hearing for a couple months. I saw their ad in the paper, and I went to see what they were all about. I got tested there, and they recommended certain hearing aides. The hearing aides I have are working out well. They're not as good as normal hearing, but they're a lot better than the ones I had before. I think they need a little tweaking. They've been very good about following up to see how I'm doing. In fact, I have an appointment with them on Friday. The people are very nice and helpful, and I really appreciate their help! more

Everything's been great with Ascent Audiology & Hearing. I've had a hearing problem for quite some time from being around noisy equipment at work. Dr. Craig's suggestion that I try an aid changed my life. I have had Menieres since the young age of 14. I have been told all my life ( I am presently 54 ) that my hearing would only get worse and there was nothing that would help me. After seeing Dr. Craig and trying an aid I have been blessed with the things in life I was missing. I have no complaints about Ascent Audiology & Hearing. They were doing the normal thing that you would do. I went back when I couldn't hear out of one of the devices. I found out there were filters in there that I didn't know about and they took care of that and gave me some additional batteries. They've done good. more

My experience with Ascent Audiology & Hearing has been awesome. Dr. Craig at went well beyond the call of duty to assist me with hearing problem. I purchased hearing aids in Springfield, Missouri. And after a while, I had some problems with them, but the place I got them from closed down. I went to Dr. Craig, he couldn't repair the hearing aids, but instead of saying "Sorry, I can't help you," he contacted a rep at the factory where they were made. My hearing aids were sent in for repair at no charge and the warranty was even extended all thanks to Craig! The people at Ascent Hearing have been very professional in their approach in taking care of me. It was something I hadn't experienced recently, and I really appreciate what they did for me. The first thing that I liked about Ascent Audiology & Hearing was that the other clinics I had used were with an ENT doctor and going to an audiologist instead really cuts back on time. You never have to wait to see the doctor. Dr. Craig seems to be very knowledgeable. At first I was apprehensive, but he kept saying I would adjust to the new hearing aids. I was used to my old ones and wanted the new ones to be like them. He was right. As time went on I adjusted and now I can hear even better than before. I like the office help as well. She's really cordial. It's not a great big place. He has somebody else helping him now, which will probably be good too. Every appointment I have he's been really prompt. He's gotten me in, taken care of business, and gotten me out of there. I know a lot of people that I go to church with, who are older than me, will say that they just can't adjust to the new hearing aids. I've encouraged them to go to him. I think he'd really be able to help them out. I'd love to be the poster child for these hearing aids. A lot of older people will also say that they're too expensive. You're getting the whole package at Ascent, though. It's worth it to go ahead and get the top of the line. It really made a difference for me. I still have trouble on the phone a bit, but part of that's my fault--it's my telephone. Dr. Craig just continues to work with anything I have a problem with. I've worn hearing aids for eight or nine years. The first doctor I saw would send me on my way and if I had trouble, I went back. Dr. Craig does a lot of follow up every few months. At first I went in every two weeks, then I went in once a month, and now I go in every three months. more

Ascent Audiology & Hearing was my first experience with an audiology clinic. It's been three months since my first visit, and it's been good. The staff is very friendly, courteous, and helpful. They answered all my questions without hesitation. They knew what they were talking about, and this gave me the confidence to continue my business with them. My initial assessment was professional and informative. The doctor let me know what I was looking for. He told me to come back for a check up after three months, so I already have that scheduled. It's a very professional man that operates out of Ascent Audiology & Hearing. His name is Allen Craig and he does a very professional, thorough job. Any little thing that happens, he takes care of it. He's a very friendly person. He's down-to-earth and all those things. He's the kind of person I like to do business with. He did an excellent job of getting the hearing aids to me and adjusting the sound level it provides. It's been about two or three months that I've had them now. I've already told people how good they are. I went there because my neighbor next door highly recommended them. My wife went in first to get hearing aids for herself and did so well with them that I thought I'd give it a shot, even though I had tried hearing aids twice already. This is my first experience with a hearing aid, and I have found Ascent Audiology & Hearing to be very excellent throughout the experience. They are very welcoming when I come into the office. I went to Ascent Audiology & Hearing and Dr. Craig fitted me with hearing aids that also target my tinnitus and I felt like the doctor took plenty of time to make sure it fit well and we had a lot of follow up visits. He was great at readjusting what needed to be tweaked and his front desk help was pleasant as can be. more
