Arvada Appliance

Let me tell you how wonderful this place is. I live in Castle Rock and Arvada is 40 min away. There has got to be something pretty good about this company for me to drive that distance for a washer and dryer. ALL the people there were friendly and professional not just in person but over the phone also. I worked with a gentleman named Christian and he made me feel like I was important not just another person. He worked with me on getting the best price for my washer and dryer and he beat ALL competitors prices. They deliver for free and they even Bought my old washer and dryer for $50.00,not to many people do that. To top everything off they have a 10 year warrenty on new products.Now thats a company who backs there products. All I can say is give them a chance I think you will be surprised. I will be back to buy my refridgerator and dishwasher when the time is right. Thanks Arvada Appliance for everything. more

I was VERY IMPRESSED with Arvada Appliance. When my dishwasher was messed up they new exactly what was wrong and how to fix it. I also have been in their store to purchase appliances and parts and have been very happy. I have tried to buy a dishwasher from this company twice. The first time they told me that they had a specific brand and type dishwaser in-stock and I had them put it on hold for me at the scatch and dent store. When I arrived, they told me that they didn't have it at that specific store and it had been sent to there main location. I went to the main location and they did not have it there either. They told me they had something that they really didn't have! The second time I called, they once again put a dishwasher on hold for me. I called the morning of to find out when they opened and the machine said 9-6 M-F. I arrived before 9:30 and all the lights were off and no cars where there. I called and they told me they would be there late because of weather and that they would be there at least by 10:30. Another customer showed up after me that also called and the store employee said that they were open. At 10:45 I called again and they said they were on there way. Their stores are less more

Arvada Appliance fixed my dishwasher. They had to come twice and each time they arrived very late. The first time they arrived after the arrival window was over. The second time they arrived just before it was over. My dishwasher got fixed but it took way too much time for such a simple repair. more
