Artistic Framers are located in downtown Rochester. They do custom framing for pictures and posters but also sell much more than that. They have garden accessories (like stones and balls) and also sell art glass. They have different collections like fairies and Santa’s. The staff at Artistic Framers seem very eager to please and helpful. It appears as though they are very knowledgeable about their product.
