Artisans Of Light

I attended several of the Tarot meditation classes with Artisans of Light in Santa Cruz in 2007 and I found them very inspirational. The group of people there are warm and welcoming, and I never felt pressure to join, or felt left out because I was new and didn't know anyone. The perfect combination, as I have been to other cliquey groups where you don't feel welcome. The tarot work was informative and the meditations were very insightful. I find this off-shoot of B.O.T.A. to be full of wisdom and the energy of the people there was beautiful, a sure sign that people are on the right track in their own transformative process'. I had tea and snacks with them lots of times, and I never had any kind of glass in my food. I found this a really weird thing for someone to say, because it was not my experience at all. I question the motivation of the person that said this. I mean I suppose accidents happen with food sometimes, but I really doubt that this is a truthful account, but rather someone trying to scare people away. Which is sad, because I think this group is great. I would probably still be involved with them if I didn't move to New Zealand where I have found another great B.O.T.A. group. :-) Thank you Artisans of Light for the short time that I spent with you. The Artisans of Light is a schismatic breakaway of Builders of the Adytum, headquartered in Los Angeles, California. The lessons of Artisans of Light are taken verbatim from the copyrighted lessons of B.O.T.A., which it utilizes without having obtained the permission of the latter organization. The founder of Artisans of Light, Jacob Fuss, was expelled from B.O.T.A. by unanimous vote of all B.O.T.A. Chapter members to remove him from office, and a court mediated settlement. The settlement agreement stipulated that Fuss would not form a new organization in competitition with B.O.T.A., which he explicitly violated in forming Artisans of Light.
