Do NOT use this company. My home warranty sent them out to fix my heating system and they never came back to replace my compressor (like they said they would). I waited a week for their call back (thinking they were waiting on my part) but it turns out, they told First American that they weren't qualified to fix my unit so they weren't taking the job. They did not contact me and I waited two weeks with out heat. What a scam. more

Artic Heating and Cooling is the worst Heating and Cooling Company in Tidewater. Do not Use!\r First Company would not return calls. Then when I did get a hold of them and asked to speak to a Manager. Secretary said that he was to busy to talk to me. They also lied to warranty company in order to not perform services. I beg you not to use this company or you will be screwed over! more

You guys saved the day! After struggling with a different company for 2 weeks through my home warranty program, you guys came out within 24 hours and had my AC fixed within an hour. Your service tech was extremely knowledgable and explained maintenance to me in layman's terms which I greatly appreciated. He pointed out what should have been differently by the other company and even took a lot at my filters and let me know when I should change them. Customer service through the office was excellent too. Thank you again, I will definitely be recommending you more
