I called them out for an estimate for a couple of jobs at my house and received quotes for both. One quote was much higher than comparable solutions but the smaller job was much cheaper. So I scheduled them for the cheaper job. Difficult to get them to actually schedule the day for the job. Finally got them out and then they said that my quote did not include color matching existing concrete, which the quote did and that they could not create same brushed look as my driveway, which the sales person said they could. The sales rep also said they want payment with credit card but owner said there would be 3% charge for this but I was not told this up front. All in all the work was good and what I had done was at a low price but I did not like all of the discrepancies the day of the job. I would not deter anyone from using them, however I would suggest you be VERY thorough and get everything documented before the job starts. more

I wish I could leave a positive review as I think the Armorex product is great, however my experience in dealing with the company was terrible. In the Spring, a Salesman came to my house and provided me with a quote to paint the exterior of my home. The quote was fair, but I decided to have my patio fixed with my tax return money instead. In the Fall, a Representative from Artesa called me and said they had some ""Fall specials"" and would like to provide me with a ""new quote."" I accepted the offer and they promptly sent another Representative to my house. This time the estimate was $2,500 MORE than the original estimate! Same house, same job, 4 months later and the ""SPECIAL"" price is $2,500 HIGHER. When I pointed this out to the Representative, he then tried to sell me a ""regular paint job"" on my house. I lost all trust and respect for the company after this experience. more
