Despite the Rainy Weather my Daughter's Wedding was lovely! 5/9/2011

I wanted to let everyone know that my daughter and now son in law had a wonderful wedding at Armstrong Farms. All things considered, it turned out well even with rain. Kalthy Allen and her dedicated staff made it work to accommodate our guests and wedding party. We have gotten plenty of positive feedback from guests, the peacefulness of the setting, the party animals, the graciousness of the staff and the details needed to make a very successful day at the farm. My husband and I highly recommend this venue for your wedding. more

Frustrating 2/13/2011

I got married in the Fieldstone barn of Armstrong Farms last summer. Yes, the location is beautiful. Having said that, the whole experience of planning and realizing the wedding there was pretty bad. A bad review that has to do with a wedding might just get attributed to a ""bridezilla terror bride"" - but I would just like to lay out some facts here of how things went, so that you can make up your own mind: more

Best romantic spot, great breakfast, friendly people. 10/25/2007

My husband and I received a gift certificate from our kids to celebrate our 25 wedding anniversary. We stayed in one of the guesthouses. What a special treat. The lite fireplace was just the perfect romantic setting to celebrate. We were greeted by th innkeepers upon our arrival with flowers, beverages and snacks and a large sign that said ""Happy Anniversary"". The high ceilings with the original barn beams were so unique. The antique furniture was just so different. What a piece of paradise. Breakfast was served the next morning in the Main Farm House. Fabulous breakfast!! We would definitely recommend this place. The most comfortable and friendly bed & breakfast for people and horses. 10/22/2007

Recently my friends and I stayed at Armstrong Farms for a retreat to ride our horses and to visit. The trails are absolutely magnificent with woods, pasture and open areas. The trails are well marked. The owners even guided us to their cabin at Greenspace and provided lunch. A full breakfast was served every morning. We are coming back! Most unique wedding venue in the area. 10/22/2007

We recently attended a wedding at Armstrong Farms. This is a gorgeous spectacular venue with gently rolling pastures, woodland and ponds. The old rustic restored bank barn was in perfect condition for a dining area. As a builder and a fan of old construction this was so special with the origianl vertical and horizontal beams. The food was great, the service was great and everyone was so friendly. My wife and i recommend this place to anyone who wants a unique wedding venue or a special overnight stay. more
