City Auto Repair Service 2/1/2011

These guys are really great. Pleasant, friendly and seem very honest. I would recommend them to everyone who has a problem with his car. On my first visit I needed a water pump, they gave me an estimate before they fixed it and it was actually less when I picked up my car, and the car was ready when they promised. I have been in many times since for regular oil changes, tires and brakes and they never fail to please. YOU MUST GO HERE! They are Number 1! more

The mechanics at City Auto Repair had my problem diagnosed within two hours and had my car back to me within the same day. I was amazed when I was told that the problem was minor. My repair cost substantially less than I expected. I knew then, that I had finally found an honest mechanics.? more

Superb service 2/1/2011

I've been bringing my car to City Auto Repair for years with fantastic outcomes and quality results at a fair market price they're very passionate about their work. My car has never looked so shiny I didn't want to replace it. Thanks for saving me thousands from the alternative of buying a new car. Many strangers ask me if I just bought new car I giggle no, I just got it detailed - sure feels like new again! I couldn't be happier thanks for all your explaining putting my mind at ease about your services, my expectations where surpassed it was well worth the cost. Impressive work 2/1/2011

I don't know much about cars and even less about transmissions. My car would only go in reverse. I called a number of repair centers and no one would give me a quote. I called City Auto Repair and they gave me a quote. Not only did I get a quote, the Manager took 15 minutes and explained what the evaluation process was and what repairs might me needed after the evaluation. The reason I went to City Auto Repair is they listened to me and answered my questions.? more

The crew at City Auto Repair & Alignment was great! They were understanding, took the time to pay attention to detail and had great initiative! They were very friendly, they had a family atmosphere that was very comfortable and easy going. Very respectful and polite service! As a consumer, there are many times I am disappointed in a local business when it comes to customer service. Well this is NOT the case with Hal's Auto Repair. Here are the things they did right! 1. Fixed my car - perfectly 2. Every employee I had contact with was very friendly and genuine. 3. They completed the work - on time - when they said the car would be ready - it was. 4. They went the extra mile to fix a little door thing that wasn't a part of the original job. 5. They made the transaction as smooth as they possible could with my insurance and deductible. 6. They are family owned and REALLY care about their customers. Thanks to the whole gang at Hal's Auto Repair! I confidently recommend Hal's Auto Repair to everyone who needs body work. more

I just had Hal's Auto Repair do some brake work for my car. They were clean and efficient. They also made some suggestions on other small repairs which they did the same day. Pricing was reasonable, I would highly recommend them to anyone.?? more
