I met Ken at the recommendation of a friend. Expected a crusty, opinionated, less than warm and fuzzy fellow and was not disappointed - except that he is much more friendly and very much the helpful expert - and friend! - and he has gone more than the extra mile. He knows what he sells and has guided me back into bowhunting after a many year lapse. (boy has it changed!) If you want his opinion - just ask. He does not shoot from the hip or follow fads, but bases his recommendations on experience. And, he stands behind his sales. I am very much pleased and will continue to follow his advice and look forward to visiting his shop and indoor range at every opportunity - or excuse. Ken is a good man and does an OUTSTANDING job setting up, tuning, helping with form problems, etc. If you want your butt kissed there are other shops that will kiss your butt and your bow will shoot like crap. Ken tells you like it is and that's refreshing to me. He will get you fixed up and if you can set your ego aside will become a good friend. There is more knowledge in this ""PRO"" shop than you'll find anywhere. Period! Ill use the word ""PRO"" with Ken because that's what he is. Can't say the same for the other guys around. As for anyone looking at these reviews making decisions based on a few opinions. Give Ken a try and believe me you will be happy that you did! This guy is the one when it comes to getting you setup!! Here is a man that actually know archery, no crap here. Tells it like it is, and backs that with extensive experience. No catchy sales men, no gimicks.\r And won't tell you a lie!!!! Must agree with the two previous reviews.Very rude man.Seems to be angry at the world or doesn't care if peoeople return to his shop or not.\r Don't understand why he operates a business.Very rude to customers. Cons: Lazy or Don't Care more
