A good, no-frills gym. If you want to cut the BS and get down to it, this place has got what you need. By no means is this place a Bally's or the like, it's just a basic gym. However, I find that it's places like this that really motivate a person like me. No egos, no superstars, just real people working out. The staff is always friendly, and they stay out of your way. The machines may not be top-of-the line, but if you're serious about training, you don't care. They are always maintained and in working order. Numerous televisions broadcast all the important stuff (news, sports, etc), and there is never an atmosphere of competition in the locker room. This gym is just GOOD!
