Great service 7/3/2014

The folks at Arizona Chimney Sweep are great. They answered my appointment call quickly and worked with me to schedule a convenient day. Their crew was very helpful and helped clean-out our dryer vent that had been heavily neglected by previous owners. Now our clothes dryer works like a charm. Thx! Just excellent 6/30/2014

The technician from Arizona Chimney Sweep was just excellent. While he was working on our chimney, he found a live bird inside. He told me he'd get it out and proceeded to work pretty hard until he got him. He took it out and let it fly away. It was really wonderful of him to do that. He didn't have to, and I was really impressed. He did a great job and left everything perfectly clean. We also got a damper put in to keep the birds out. Dryer sweep 6/28/2014

We had purchased a new dryer in March, right after moving into a new home. The clothes were taking much, much longer to dry than with our old dryer. After some research we decided to have the dryer vent professionally cleaned. Arizona Chimney was very helpful. They scheduled our service very quickly. The tech arrived promptly at the appointed time. He even wore booties to protect my floors. Service was quick and through. After giving us tips on how to prevent the dryer clogs in the future he was on his way. Our dryer is now much more efficient with the clothes drying in less than half the time it was previously taking. This is a good company! Excellent! 6/19/2014

Arizona Chimney Sweep showed up on time. I'm a general contractor, and I used them for the first time for a project at my customer's house. The customer wasn't home when they said they would be, so Arizona Chimney Sweep made arrangements to come back another time. They came back and, once again, showed up on time. They were able to do all the work they were supposed to do, as well as some additional work to close out the project on time. Very satisfied! 6/17/2014

I called Arizona Chimney Sweep to come inspect and clean my chimney. They were punctual and efficient. The entire process was about 30 minutes. The serviceman was friendly and he explained the process in detail. I will use them again! Thank you! Efficient, on-time, and thorough 6/2/2014

My first pleasant surprise was being able to schedule an appointment for the next day. The technician arrived precisely on time, was professional and did a very effective job. I would highly recommend Arizona Chimney Sweep! 3/10/2014

Arizona Chimney Sweep is a terrific company! I found them on the internet and called. Becky answered the phone, and she booked the date for cleaning out the dryer vent in a timely manner. Shawn, who came to do the work, showed up on time on the appointed date. He did a fabulous job and totally cleaned up afterwards. There was no mess and no fuss! The whole job was just remarkable! I thought our dryer was broken, but it turned out the vent was just clogged. Now it's like brand new! Arizona Chimney Sweep is a great company, and I would highly recommend them! Impressive service 2/3/2014

The person Arizona Chimney Sweep sent out cleaned my chimney and my dryer vent. Both had not been cleaned in a while and I was very impressed with how much junk he got out of them. He did not see any problems with either the chimney or dryer vent, and he did recommend that we get it cleaned once a year, but I did not feel that it was necessary. Overall it was a good job. My experience with Arizona Chimney Sweep was very enjoyable. The cleaner did a really awesome job. His timeliness and professionalism was excellent. We didn't have any problems with dust or debris at all after the cleaning. He left my house in immaculate condition when he was done. You've got to use these people. They are the BEST! Very knowledgeable with reasonable rates 11/25/2013

I'm a Realtor, so I called Arizona Chimney Sweep when at a home inspection the inspector said the chimney needed to be cleaned. The only issue I had was I was a little short on time, and they ended up having to come a couple days after I wanted them to come. Otherwise it was a fine experience. I think they are knowledgeable and did a good job. Their prices are very reasonable, and I would use them again. Clean, efficient, and helpful. 11/22/2013

When I called to make an appointment, Arizona Chimney Sweep was very helpful. They scheduled me in right away so that I didn't have to wait. The gentleman who came to inspect and clean my chimney did a great job. He was clean and thorough and answered all of my questions. He was very helpful. He told me about the procedure, what would happen, and what to expect, which was really nice. They were also running a good special, so I got a good deal on the service too. They did a great job. Very happy. 11/21/2013

I am very happy with the job this company did cleaning my chimney. The arrived time and were courteous. They did an excellent job cleaning the chimney & were very careful not to get any soot inside the house. They also installed a chimney cap for us. Overall I am very pleased with my experience and I will use them again. A good deal 11/21/2013

Arizona Chimney Sweep got the soot out my chimney. It was basically a clean up process. It was the first time I used them, and it seems to be fine. I haven't used the fireplace since they did the work. I wasn't here when they did the work, but my impression was they have excellent customer service.
