I have taken more jewelry there than I should have. There is a real snobby woman there sometimes. Besides the poor work and the high prices, she is one of the reason I will never take my jewelry there again. more

If you care about it....think twice 5/17/2012

Communication is a factor in this shop.....I took a very special ring here that belonged to my Great Aunt.....it was beautiful and now looks like something out of a cracker jack box. The lady didn't do what I understood her to be doing...........When I got home with my ring(I cut my losses and brought it home..........couldn't let her work on it any further) my ten year old daughter said, "That's not what she said she was going to do to it!" Even a ten year old understood................. I will not return and will not promote this shop. more

Great Customer Service 1/30/2011

I couldnt find anyplace that did repairs at such reasonable costs and fast turnaround. Ive had an earring made to match one I had lost and have had other repairs including replacing a few small diamonds in a ring. They are very professional and courteous. more

Ariadne is OK for certain things 8/16/2005

I've had watch batteries changed here, and my waterproof watch leaked afterwards. They changed out some seals and it leaked again. After a 3rd time they finally got it right and I was happy. I referred a coworker here and she took her watch in to get the band shortened and he lost the emblem on it and scratched the metal so she wasn't happy with me. Be careful if you go here, just have him do simple things! more
