We recently put in a pool with Argus Pool Supplies and had a great experience. We had read and heard horror stories about shady or inadequate pool builders and took months to research builders in the area. We were impressed with Kevin from the beginning and pleasantly surprised when the pricing came in competitive with very small builders. Kevin helped us go through his detailed proposal and find areas where we could cut costs without compromising elements that we highly valued. He was always very responsive to questions and never put any pressure on us. We wound up with a beautiful pool that we are thoroughly enjoying. The workers, who did all of the stone work around the pool, was phenomenal. During their phase of the project, they were in our yard working from sun-up until after dark daily. This is our second pool service company - and the difference couldn't be more evident! Argus Pool Supplies provides the type of service I was looking for. For less money than I paid my last pool service, Argus Pool Supplies does more and I don't have to wonder if they've been by or bothered to vacuum the pool. Yep, my previous service felt that getting the debris out of the pool with a net was sufficient, no need to vacuum, or sweep the walls - no wonder the pool kept turning green! I really wish I had changed sooner! Argus Pool Supplies hasn't missed a week and I don't have to hound them to do the work they are contracted for - and the pool looks terrific! Do yourself a favor and hire this company to take care of your pool. more

Kevin is awesome! We were looking for a pool guy since the one we had previously wasn't working out. We stumbled upon his company and couldn't be more pleased. We are newly renting where we are at and he even came out and took pictures of the pools condition so we could have it to show it didn't happen while we were here (just to be safe). I called Argus Pool Supplies after finding good reviews for this local business on the internet. Kevin answered when I called and said he could come by the same day (a Saturday). We had a heater that wouldn't start and "no flow" problems with our saltwater chlorinator system. Kevin was prompt, polite and professional. He cleaned our dirty filters which didn't fix the flow problem but did indicate a bad flow sensor. We bought and installed a new flow sensor that fixed our flow problem and I'm impressed with this business and have no reservations referring them to you. more

Kevin came and replaced our pool light. He was extremely professional and fantastic about communication. Unfortunately, for him our light needed an extra part, so he had come back to complete the job. He was timely and did a fantastic job. I waited a couple of days, and when the problem had not resolved itself I knew I needed to call someone. I did my research and found that Argus Pool Supplies is the only company on yelp that is also on the BBB website and gets consistently great reviews. Kevin called me back within about 10 minutes and said he could be down the next morning to take a look at my problem. I mentioned I also had a DE leak somewhere in my filter that I would like him to look at since he will be here. He was here exactly when he said he would be the next day, and wouldn't you know it after the pump running for maybe a minute, it was pulling water in from the pool. If you are looking far the best way to keep your pool clean, safe from kids falling in, and warmer then you will want to invest in a pool cover. I love how all I have to do is flip a switch and it will automatically roll out over the pool and back again when I'm ready to swim. The pool stays way warmer because the cover absorbs the heat from the sun. They were even able to hide all the motor in a protective covering as well as the tracks so that you don't even know there is a cover when it is open. Best investment if you have a pool or are thinking about getting one. more
