Excellent value 2/16/2010

The 60K service was about half the price of the dealer. This was my first visit but as long as the car is maintained and meets the manufacturer specifications, I'll always bring my car to Arden Village Service from now on. The staff all seemed to be knowledgable and friendly and professional. They did everything they promised from the first time we talked till I paid and picked up my car. more

A great "experience" as usual. 2/15/2010

Hi I trust this team completely. I was out of town when they repaired my car. But was very pleased that they warrantied my wiper blades and found a techical bulletin regarding the rear end on my vehicle. So I was not imagining things. Great Job....... more

Great Customer Service and Service 2/15/2010

I have had great experience at Arden Village. They even have a full-service gas pump--not too many of those anymore! It's nice to have someone else fill your tank, check your tires and oil, and wash your windows once in awhile. When I get busy I procrastinate about getting service. Staff have always been helpful in response. When I have I sometimes drive by asking for an appointment and they fit me in that day and sometimes on the spot. My car runs great and is always happy when I leave there. more

I love that people recognize me when I come in. Adam even knows me by name and cars. I have sent my daughter there and she has sent her friends and a roommate from San Francisco to Arden because they take such good care of us. I never feel that they tell me to do something I don't really need just to make a buck. I also believe Arden Village stands behind their work. They are always willing to answer my questions, take me home while my car is worked on and call me when it's ready. I love doing business with everyone there. more

Couldn't be better 2/13/2010

We have been customers at Arden Village for many years and have been treated above and beyond the call of duty. My battery was dead leaving me stranded at my office. One of the mechanics stopped by dressed for a wedding he was going to and took care of the problem even though he was late to where HE needed to be. Our cars have been picked up for service when we were unable to. I'm sure there were more special services back through the years but we have never been displeased. We completely trust them for all service on our cars which isn't true other places and have recommended them to friends. more

I've used them for years for both our cars, for everything from simple oil changes to very elusive problems where Randy and his team excel; they just don't give up. The entire team is friendly and polite; they fully understand the meaning of "customer service." Their prices are reasonable and fair. more

All the mechanics are great - willing to help even when loaded to the gills with deadlines. Oil change/service guys might want to report additional issues (warning lights) seen while working on their cars... efficient and competent though! more

Steve is very thorough and cares that work gets done correctly. I feel confident that if there is a problem he will make sure it is corrected. Mike is very caring and competent. Robert is good at that special diagnosis when others cannot figure out what is going on. Thanks guys. more

I have never taken any of my vehicles to the â??local corner mechanicâ?. Iâ??m not sure if they are all the same but WOW! Superb Service! The employees are friendly, services are completed quickly and best of all they vacuumed my car and cleaned my windows! I will recommend Arden Village Services to my family and friends. more

Great Service...Quality Care 1/28/2010

I took my car to be service for the first time at Arden Village and usually am skeptical of auto shops. I was greeted with a smile and they took care of my requests. They didn't pressure me into buying unnecessary parts or services. The made recommendations and let me decide, no pressure. Which was a relief since I always feel pressure when visiting my Honda dealership. The family owned atmosphere, the friendly service paired with great prices was a treat. I will definitely be bring my car back to get serviced at Arden Village. more
