This company (Arbor-Pro Tree Expert Co)is not even good for a junk yard. Minus 5 ratting! They did some work for my neighbors tree and dropped all the limbs and everything into my yard and while they were draging the limbs out scraped the H E L L out of the freshly paint gate and fence, broke a gide line, left the gutters full of the tree limb pieces and tree limb pieces all over yard. I called about five times and they would never return my calls. I would not recommend them to do anything around ANY HOME. more

I've been a customer of Arbor Pro Tree Experts for the last 22 years. I personally have always received STELLAR SERVICE! I have always found them to be very professional, and informative. My trees are very valuable asset to my residents, and I was able to transfer my spray program when I sold my 1st house. They continue to care for all my trees & make my life a little easier knowing that I don't have to worry about breaking branches when we have heavy snows this winter. I would recommend them to anybody wanting professional service. more

always good service! 10/16/2011

I don't know what the first reviewer is referring to when he says horrible. Disgruntled employee? We have been a loyal customer for years and have had nothing but good service. We have never had one of our trees ruined by the care of this business either by pruning or by their health care program. In fact we have had the opposite, both have worked perfect for us and has kept our property beautiful. Service has always been prompt and we have aways felt like a priority with the foreman taking time to answer any questions or concerns. The office is always kind and curtious too. I would definitely recommend them! more

Horrible 7/19/2011

I used to work for this clown. The only thing he cares about is making money. Once you pay him, you'd better hope they did a good job because they will never return your phone calls let alone come back out to finish the job properly. The main foreman is a raging alcoholic and has no knowledge of proper tree care. They prune trees by reducing them which only invites decay and ruins the natural shape and growth of the tree. more
