Aqua Well & Pump Systems

\r I had my well pump replaced this morning by Aqua Well & Pump. The technician was Chad(Zac Brown Lookalike) and & must say he is the nicest, most pleasant service tech I have ever dealt with. He answered my questions without hesitation or being demeaning to me when I asked. He explained everything very well and he was very specific with the instructions. Also I was pleased with price, a little less than quoted which is always nice too. \r \r Prior to calling Aqua this morning I was in contact with one of their competitors and not knowing much about this the representative was very rude and demeaning to me when I asked questions. His quote was also way out of line compared to one other company & Aqua. Their response to my family not having water was exceptional. If anyone needs pump service I highly recommend Aqua as well as Chad. \r \r more

Aqua saved me thousands of dollars & a huge mess in my yard. I was having problems with my well running out of water, I had another company out and they said I needed to abandon my well & drill a new one. I was calling around getting estimates for a new well when I called Aqua. I explained the situation & they said before we quote you for a new well let us try to find your original well log on your existing well. Within an hour they called back with this vital information and told me they thought our well could be saved. They explained the process of pulling the pump out and taking a large air compressor and blowing the well out. You can see a picture on their website under airlifting. So Chuck came out pulled the pump and proceeded to blow large amounts of what looked like oil from my well, after about 3 hours the water started to run clear and lots of it. I couldn't believe my eyes. Chuck put a new pump in and started to run my outside hose and I never lost the water, he told me it went from running out of water to making over 15 gallons per minute, the same that it made when it was originally drilled. Airlifting cost a quarter of the price of drilling a well along with all the yard damage and headache. They truly are an amazing company Thank you AQUA more

What a great company I can not say enough about their service. I had a leak in my pressure tank and called them frantic. The ladies in the office told me how to shut off well pump & drain system, which averted my basement from being completely flooded. A technician Ezra was sent out, he replaced my tank and cleaned up his work area when done. The best part was my invoice amount was less than quoted. Excellent service A company that stills answers their phone. Called late evening expecting an answering machine, only to be greeted by a friendly helpful voice. I explained my problem and the lady on phone walked me through some trouble shooting, to no avail. I scheduled an appointment for the next day. Was called promptly at 8:00 and told a technician would be arriving in approximately a half hour. Brian arrived diagnosed my problem quoted me repairs and had everything he needed right on his truck. I was up and running and had water in less than 8 hours from the time I called. Terrible service, technical didn't listen or do any diagnosis, left before the problem was fixed (we still don't have running water in our house!), and refused to come back afterward. Took our money and literally ran away. AVOID AT ALL COSTS! more

I couldn't have asked for a more professional service company. From my first call to the helpful & professional office staff to the service technician who made the repairs. Even though I did ""price shop"" & they weren't necessarily the lowest bid, I feel their expertise & the products they installed certainly out weighed the few extra ""bucks"" I paid. I would recommend them HIGHLY!! more

you will be over charged if you go here!!! I paid 500.00 for a presure tank that list for 320.00.than to put in (one pipe)a 20 min job,225.00 I just have been robbed....this place needs to be reported to the B.B.B. more

If I could give a zero start rating, I would. Aqua Well is very, very unprofessional and they just want your money. They make assumptions based off of nothing and aren't willing to listen. I urge you to go some where else for your water/well needs!!! more

ask first so you don't get burned by their rather large "" flat rate"" (with inflated material cost and richer than lawyer labor fee), they will rake you at your time of needs. more
