Water heater broke one evening—they came out next day and replaced! Also, came several hours earlier than the appointment time which we appreciated. more

First thing in the morning, we had no water. Checked what I could and was thinking it may be the well pump. Called Appleton - Campbell and explained the situation. They prioritized our issue. Kenny was the first to come out. He checked and wanted to be sure it wasn't an electrical problem, Called Glenn who came out checked the electrical and confirmed it was not electrical, but was the well pump.. They called the office to get Hagy and Crocket to replace the well pump. They immediately got to work and explained to me all they were doing. At the end of the day we had working water again. All was handled promptly and efficiently and everything was explained. We've had work done by Appleton - Campbell in the past, have recommended them to others and will use them again in the future if the need arises. more

Thanks to Davey Kearns he came out to inspect our a/c and while he was here he checked our furnace out. We have used Davey lots of time before with TLC. he found that our furnace was damage so bad we could not have used it this winter. So we decided to put in new unit with heat/ac upgraded our hot water heater plus water pump. Money well spent to make our home safer. We went through two different furnace with TLC and no one could ever find the problem. That is why they are out of business today. Because the owner would not stand behind his products and service. Jason and John did the install of the furnace and ac. I could not have asked for any kinder gentleman. they worked through there lunch our and did not leave until about 7 p.m. then came back today to finish. Mike you should be proud to have such kind gentleman that work for you. Even the plumbers came out they also we excellent. As far I am concerned the whole group we met where outstanding. John I wish you much success as you go off for training. The only thing is that there prices are very high but you get what you pay for. the office staff where also outstanding. Thank you all for your kindness some day would like to meet Mike who is the owner. My dad was a great plumber and so was my brother many years ago.
