Five stars for Apple Auto Glass. 3/7/2012

My passenger side window got broken into, so I found Apple Auto Glass over weekend, dropped of my car with them Monday morning, and got everything done. I couldn't make it back while they were still open because of my work hours, but they were willing to park it in the garage for me where it was nice and safe so I could go pick it up at night. And they gave me a quote that I initially thought didn't include labor, but it turned out it did. That was great. more

They seriously care!! 2/23/2012

I was stuck with a window that wouldn't roll up so I called and they got me right in. They made the repairs on the spot and didn't charge me a dime!I was so impressed by the expertise and knowledge that I can whole heartedly recommend them to anybody!! Great service. more

Cost a lot less than expected!! 12/1/2011

I had a window broken and Apple Auto Glass got back to me in the morning after. Apple Auto Glass seemed to do a really good job of it. I had looked around the internet for places in the area, and Apple Auto Glass had high reviews. It cost a lot less than I expected! more

Easy to deal with! 11/16/2011

This was my first time using Apple Auto Glass. My rear window had been smashed out, and I needed to have it replaced. I first found them online, through their website which is a really good and clear website. I really like that when I called, I always dealt with the same person, Kathy, so there was never a need to re-identify myself, it was very nice and consistent. They explained everything to me in plain English, not in confusing car jargon! When they did the service, the cost was very close to their estimation, it only went up a few dollars for some extras I ended up tacking on, so it was barely anything more. They were very quick in doing the actual service, once they got all the necessary products in-store. They had to order the molding, which took a few days, and included a weekend, so it was a little out of their control. They were very nice, and I had actually forgotten to ask if they could vacuum the shattered glass when they were done, so I was very happy to see that they detailed the inside. I would highly recommend them to anybody and would definitely use them again! C. Anderson more

They quoted me a cheaper price than some of the other places I had called, arrived right on time and got the job done super fast. They don't charge any extra fees for driving over to your house, and they cleaned up every last shard. Pros: null Cons: null more

Perfect 10/20/2011

Having my windshield replaced in Canada was going to cost ~$700, having it done in the US by these guys cost ~$200 and came with free windshield wipers. No complaints. more

My windshield needed replacement and they were fast. I called the day before and they told me no problem. the next day within 2 hours it was replaced and looking great. They also showed me the old windshield and where it was leaking. I would go to them again if there is ever a problem. more

Great to work with, would highly recommend! 9/9/2011

I actually made a call and I was able to get into Apple Auto Glass pretty quickly to get my windshield replaced. They were open on a Saturday which was really nice. They were really helpful and nice to work with. I had originally found them on Angie's List. I chose Apple Auto Glass because they were open on the weekend and they had really good reviews. I would highly recommend Apple Auto Glass! more

Efficient, effective and fairly priced. 8/3/2011

I had a positive experience using Apple Auto Glass to replace the windshield on my car. First, they worked directly with my insurance company, and did all that part so I wasn't bothered with it. They showed up on time, and gave me a fair price. It was not a bit of trouble. That Apple could come out to me was very convenient. When they arrived, they got right to work and got the job done quickly and efficiently. They are very good, I highly recommend them. more

Fast, efficient and convenient. 6/30/2011

We compared Apple Auto Glass with one other local company. They were ten percent less expensive at least. We went with them because they are not a big franchise and are local which was a big motivating factor, along with price, in our decision to select them. They were prompt and worked quickly. There have been no quality issues after a few weeks. I'd use them again, and highly recommend them! more

Apple Auto Glass does good work and the price is right! 5/18/2011

I had requested a quote from Apple Auto Glass about two to three months ago. I waited awhile since we were still having really bad weather before I followed up with an email. I stated a time and day that worked for me and it worked for them too so I brought the car in and dropped it off. They told me the process would take about two to three hours to complete, and they would give me a call when it was ready. I walked over the mall and they called me it was ready and I walked back to pick it up. It looked good. I haven't noticed any leaks, but I haven't taken it to be washed yet so we'll see. The process is straightforward. They are a timely business, they do good work and the price is right. I'd certainly use them again and highly recommend them to anybody. more

The people at Apple Auto Glass are truly lifesavers. 2/4/2011

My windshield was cracked all the way through and I probably would have died if I had driven it. I called a few places, but nobody could see me right away until I called Apple Auto Glass. They had the quickest turn around and offered the best pricing available. They were great. They were super fast and efficient and got me back in my car and driving safely again. I came to Apple thinking I would need to replace a part of my windshield--instead they adjusted my windshield wipers and told me the part I thought I needed was cosmetic. They offered this great service and help for free! I will definitely go there if I need anything auto-glass-related in the future.... Very trustworthy and helpful! more

Everything was great. 11/10/2010

Our windshield started to crack clear across the windshield and we knew it could not be fixed. So, we called Apple Auto Glass at about 9:00 in the morning, and they said they could come to our location and make the repair between 1:00 and 2:00. They called back after checking with suppliers to confirm the price. They came about 1:15, and they were done by 2:00. They had everything fixed and cleaned up with no finger prints. Everything was great. This was actually the second time we used them. The other time we had a water leak that around windshield that they were able to identify and fix very quickly. windshield replacement 9/27/2010

Apple Auto Glass has replaced my windshield in my car and my wife's car a total of three times. Each time the glass was installed properly, with no leaks, and they arrived on time as scheduled. I am self-employed and require my car all day every day to serve my clients, so their promptness and quality of repair is very important to me. They handled the insurance portion of my claim professionally and with minimal effort on my part. more

Problem with passenger door window 9/10/2010

We have been most impressed with continuing efforts to diagnos and fix what now appears to be a problem with the electrcal system in the window switch. They have been very forthright with us in repeated attempts to diagnose the problem, at no cost to us,and have given prompt turn around. Though they are a glass replacement shop they have gone above and beyond their responsibility in order to ensure the whole function works. The service is personable and prompt. more
