I would recommend them, and have, to anyone looking for any heating or cooling services. We had them install a boiler and water heater combination several years ago and the installation couldn't have been more professional. more

Todd was a very professional and 2/14/2012

Todd was a very professional and experienced tech. It took him no time to determine our furnace was from the Reagan administration and was effectively dead at this point. He even had a book with a date and picture of my exact furnace. more

we called and by 8:30 that night our new heater was in. By the looks of things you couldn't tell anyone was in the basement at all. They cleaned up very well. Matt and Shane were able to explain everything to me and were very professional and nice. more

Won't stand behind their work 6/22/2011

I hired Apple Aire on recommendation to install a mini-split air conditioning system. The system failed in every way a system can (leaks water, won't drain, won't cool, lines installed too small, clogged lines,). In short, Todd and his company will not stand by their work. They refuse to fix the problem because the entire system is ruined. Sometimes problems happen and good companies will stand up when this happens. Todd and Apple Aire did not. more

They saved the day! 3/30/2011

My Carbon Monoxide alarm started going off on Thursday and I called Apple Aire right away. They were very friendly on the phone and Todd was up to our house in Conifer within 3 hours. Our 45 year old boiler was done and Todd helped us choose a new boiler to replace it. He was very knowledgeable and walked us through everything. They had to rearrange their schedule in order to put our new boiler in the very next day. Matt and Shane were here the next day right when they were supposed to be here and they worked all day with Todd to make sure it got finished that day. They did a great job and were super friendly throughout the entire process. We couldn't be happier with our experience with this company and definitely recommend them. more

The most amazing service! 3/23/2011

Apple Aire provided us with the most amazing service. My furnace went out 2 weeks after moving into a new house. Todd (the owner) came out on short notice, as a second opinion, and was able to diagnose the problem immediately. They did everything possible to get the furnace installed and working and stayed until 10:30 at night to get the job done. The furnace was installed cleanly and professionally and worked perfect. They have also gone out of their way to help us fill out rebate paperwork and answer questions to help us get our rebates. I can't say enough about Apple Aire. I encourage everyone to make Apple Aire their choice for heating and air conditioning needs. more

Apple Aire provided great service! I found that their employees were more helpful than other companies I have used in the past. I do not know very much about heating and air-conditioning systems, however they made me feel comfortable in making my purchase decision. I will definitely use them again if need be. more
