I have been going to Appearances for over 10 years now and I would never go anywhere else! The staff is friendly and down to earth. Steve is amazing. I routinely go in with no idea for what I would like him to do, and he is able to work with me to come up with a style and color that fit my personality as well as my lifestyle. He is able to keep my future hair plans in mind and help me work toward that goal. Alan and Lisa are equally fantastic. They have each done work on me as well! Their prices are reasonable for services rendered. They sell quality products in the salon, but never try to force you to purchase anything. Customer service is beyond compare! I have been to many high-end salons around the country and would trade any experience with them to go and sit in a chair at Appearances! I walk out of there EVERY TIME feeling like a million bucks! In addition to this, they are amazing with men's hair as well as with children!
Pros: Great value, cleanliness, caring staff, variety of services, wonderful new location!
Cons: Parking is a bit tight!
