Everything went very smoothly with this company starting from the phone call to their customer service and ending with a relaxing quite ride. The driver was on time, helped me with my bags, and sensed that I was tired and was very quite, just asked me in the beginning what temperature I would prefer in the vehicle. Provided great service at a very reasonable rate. Plan on using them again! more

We had a wonderful time in Napa thanks to Apex. The limo was fully stocked with alcohol, everything in the vehicle was working, they even had a usb cable so we could listen to our own music. The chauffeur was very knowledgeable and told us so many things about Napa as we were driving to our destinations; he was very courteous and volunteered to take pictures of us all day so everyone could be in the shots. Their prices are very competitive and the level of service is outstanding. Definitely recommend this company and will use them again and again. more

I do not mind that they employ drivers that use English as a Second Language. Except when they can not find the major wineries we all wanted to go to, due to incorrect spelling, due to extremely poor pronunciation. They need to learn how to spell the correct names of the wineries. Wasted our time trying to educate their driver all day long. more

I just wanted to tell you that my lady friend and myself had a wonderful day out with your driver Alex. He was polite, attentive, safe and informative. We took a bit longer than our planned eight hours - but we had a wonderful time in Napa / Sonoma for our nine hour day out. During our trip to Napa, we decided to hire a limo serivice for the first full day we were there. Our driver Leo was nothing short of perfect! He was extremely knowledgeable about the area, he knew the best wineries in the area, and provided the greatest services I have ever experienced from a driver. By the end of the day, we realized how much fun we had, that we booked Leo for the very next day to take us for another 8 hours excursion around Napa. Once again, Leo delivered! Leo played a huge role in making sure we had a good time during the two days we were with him. Apex limo was great, and if you go to Napa, its only way to get a tast of the entire town and wineries. I have been with Apex Transportation for about 8 months now. I travel frequently for work and this company is the best at providing great customer service. They are always on time, always courteous, and the ride to the airport is always a relaxing time I have to myself. The drivers know all the shortcuts when the traffic is unbearable and they also monitor all arriving flights which is great option when your flight is late or early. I had rented a limousine from Apex for my birthday for a Livermore Wine Tour. The Driver - Alex - was courteous, friendly, professional, and prompt. He was dependable, but stayed in the background, and made sure that we were taken care of. The limousine was stocked; the Champagne was on ice, and the Vodka was of surprisingly good quality! Hello, On Friday, April 10, we utilized your limo service to go wine tasting in Napa and were extremely happy with the service. Our driver, Alex, was absolutely fantastic!!!!!!! Not only was he very professional, polite, helpful, and genuinely friendly, but he suggested some great wineries for us to tour and we had a blast, thanks to his suggestions. He accomodated us so well and was fun to be around. He even conversed in Russian with my husband, since they are both originally from Ukraine/Russia, which made my husband very happy. He also called the night prior to make sure that he had our address correct, and to talk a little about what we wanted to do so that he could specialize our trip to our needs. He arrived a few minutes before our scheduled pick up time, so he was early, which is amazing since our location was very remote and difficult to find and he was very good about explaining the contract, rates, and what charges we would incur if we went beyond our 6-hour timeframe upfront. He also told us when we should consider leaving Napa in order to meet our timeframe window. We will definately be using your service again, and requesting Alex as our driver. He went above and beyond when he didn't have to, and we appreciated our day so much more as a result. Please share this email with him. Make sure to ask for Paul if you are using Apex. Paul made our two day tour of Napa Valley an even better experience than we could have expected. He drove us all over Napa Valley the day we got married and then when he arrived the next day Paul had the most amazing cake for us as a gift. We highly recommend both Apex and Paul. more

My flight has got some technical problems, so I stayed at the night in hotel but my flight was in morning 4.00 am. So I booked a car from Apex Transportation Sedan & Limousine, they gave me call in morning 3.00 am as a wakeup call. Car was dot at 3.20 am sharp at my hotel to pick me up and took me to Airport within 10 mins and within the time I reached Airport. It was Quick and Fast Service provided by them. more

We rented a limo from Apex for New Year Eve, from Walnut Creek to San Francisco. In order to get the 15% discount on their service, we verbally promised to write an honest review on city search. So here is our honest review: The service was great, we got more than we expected. The driver arrived a bit early and was very polite, very well dressed, and clean. He spoke english very well with a small hint of eastern european accent. We were quite surprised with the driver?s knowledge of San Francisco (I?ve lived in the city for 7 years).
