While my experience was okay when attending my first appointment, I would have to say I would not recommend this office. Dr. Fallah was very good, did not spend a lot of time with me, however. His office staff were very pushy with "extras". I felt more like I was in one of those timeshares talks than a medical office. When I called to question a claim, his office manager, Stephanie, was distastefully rude and hung up on me while I was speaking. However, Dr. Fallah did call me, apologized and offered any assistance he could. Too bad his staff ruined the experience for me. Good Dentist, awful staff (Hygentist was nice!)
