As a former faithful customer of APED for over a decade,they were always courteous and helpful. However about four or five years I noticed a change n staff. And while standing in line I watched them wait on male customers with a completely different demeanor than the female customers.Their posture,tone of voice & lack of eye contact reflected nothing but irritation & exasperation when dealing with females. Yet when males were waited on,they were conversaional in tone,engaged eye contact & were otherwise much more pleasant. When it was my turn, though I had the part in hand, they said they couldn't help me without the model number and waved forward the man standing behind me. I wrote a letter stating though I had appreciated their business over the years the change in staff & their behavior was enough for me to take my business elsewhere. \r
On todays occasion,I had called a week before to confirm they had the part needed by providing the model number. When told they did have the part, I
