When I purchased a Solara from Anything On Wheels, I took the car to my mechanic. He told me that the rotors and break pads need to be replaced. I told the salesman what my mechanic said and he assured me it would be taken care of through their body shop. However, instead of replaicing the parts, they cut the rotors and said the pads were fine. The day after, I heard a loud noise while stepping on the brakes. My mechanic said that THEY CUT THE ROTORS UNEVENLY. I spoke with a manager who told me to go back to the body shop and they would correct the problem. This time they replaced one of the rotors, and said there's no noise anymore. The next day, there was the noise again. I asked that they replace the other rotor, and THEY REFUSED. This time I spoke with the OWNER who ARGUED with me and even HUNG ON me. The finance MANAGER said there was NOTHING HE CAN DO. I paid $300 OUT OF POCKET to replace 1 rotor and brake pad. My mechanic showed me the rotor that was not cut properly, and the shiny brake pad without padding. When I told the finance manager, he laughed.
Pros: They appear to be helpful, and open late to close a deal.
Cons: They have no customer service, and a terrible body shop.
