door was repaired in not time 12/20/2014

I called to schedule a service call to have my garage door repaired. It was easy to get an appointment. Dan did an excellent job replacing the springs on the garage door and also did a safety check to make sure everything was okay. He went above and beyond what I was expecting. Thanks very much! more

very friendly and helpful 12/20/2014

I called at about 3 PM and Johnny arrived a little after 4 PM. The fast service for a new customer was a pleasure. The technician reviewed my door situation and told me there were three options for repair. He was straight forward and did not try to "hard sell" the choices. His explanation lead me to agree to have all three repairs completed. He worked quickly, and cleanly. I asked him about a complete door replacement and was given choices, explanation of types of doors and a quote for the one he recommended. We will definitely use this company for our new door. more

The service tech was prompt and very skilled and knowledgeable. he was friendly and customer oriented through the whole experience. he answered all my questions and concerns. best experience with any type of service tech EVER!!!!!!i will highly recommend to all of my friends and family....keep up the great work more

called they were at my door right away 12/10/2014

Eli was out today. He called ahead to see if I was home this AM (rather than do an emergency call tonight). I was, so he came over & spent the time to adjust my door. He's always friendly and efficient. I truly appreciate his timeliness in coming this AM instead of tonight, and fixing my problem so my wife doesn't have the door not close or open when I am not home. Thanks again, Eli. I have had to use the service of this company three times now in the past 6 months. Each time, I worked with a professional who knew exactly what I needed, and more importantly what I did NOT need. I was so impressed with Ron's work that I recommended him to my brother when he had to have a new garage door installed. I will continue to use this company for all my garage door needs and will continue to recommend their service to others. more
