Went to this location today to sign up after a 7 day trial. I wanted to negotiate the $35.00 rate to a $30.00 rate (to match a competitor price, (Gold's Gym). The owner/manager 'Tim' flat out refused to negotiate, which is strange because other friends of mine who use his facility have told me that he is willing to reasonably negotiate, so I don't know if he didn't like my ethnicity or if it was because I wasn't a 25 year old girl, or if he just felt like being a tool. I wouldn't have minded so much if he held his patience and explained to me his policy instead of losing it, I might even have signed up with him, but he lost his temper, raised his voice, slammed his little book in my face, and moved on to another customer. I called other Anytime clubs in the area after he verbally threw me out, and I secured on the phone a deal matching the Gold's gym price of $30.00. If you want to use this gym, certainly do it, it's a great and well kept facility, but sign up somewhere else so you can get a better price, and don't have to deal with Tim. FYI, if you want to avoid him, after you sign up somewhere else, he leaves at 7:00. I recommend Alan at the Kildaire farm location, he's awesome.
