Calling a carpet cleaner to me felt as thought i'd get some old guy out who would rip me off, but to my surprise when i called ANY-TIME the girls on the phone were young, energetic and professional. l felt that they represented a certain type of professionalism that is rare today. When the technician showed up at my house, he was very knowledgeable about what his job and was really pleasant and patient. He cleaned my whole entire house from top to bottem, even though at the time I wasnt planning on cleaning the whole house. But when he started on the living room, it looked so good, I just told him to clean every room in the house!!!!!!!!!! I feel that these traits are very important to an old Chick like me, who has a hard time deciding what I want. I recommend this company to anybody who needs carpet cleaning service!!!!
