Any Hour did a good job keeping me posted about my appointment which was running a bit late. Victor did a great job and was knowledgeable and pleasant.

Worst

I would never recommend this to anyone. The plumber was extremely dishonest. We had a home inspection done and the home inspector found a leak at the connection of one of the pipe...

Great job 1/9/2013

Great plumber. Left no mess. Found the frozen pipe and didn't even leave a sign that he'd been up in the ceiling. Put the siding back so you'd never know there had been work done. Besides fixing the current plumbing, he improved it. He fixed it, insulated, vented it and made it drain better. Good job. more

Patrick was very knowledgable. He was willing to do as little or as much work as I wanted with no pressure. I felt like I got great work that is up to code and safe. He was willing to walk through the whole house and outside to try out several of my ideas to see which would be the safest and quickest and least expensive fix. more

Only reason it's not 5 stars is I almost never give a perfect rating, my service rep Kevin was great. Very friendly and informative. I never felt any presure and he explained everything without me feeling like I needed to purchase something from them. I used their mail coupon and got a great price and would use this company again. when I go to upgrade my systems I will be contacting this company for prices. more

Efficient and got the job done. 12/11/2012

They came the same day I called and fixed the problem. Jason recommended some additional services that they offered that would help fully clean our kitchen pipes, but since we are renters we just went with the drain cleaning they had on special and it did the trick. We will definitely refer him and Any Hour Plumbing to our landlord! Great Service. more

Mark is my new repairman 10/21/2012

I have used other repair company's before and always would cringe when they showed up in sloppy dirty clothes. Mark R. Came out in clean attire to tune up my 1972 furnaces and I new I could trust him when he didn't try to sell me a new furnace right off. Instead he let me know what other options are currently available and didn't push me like other repairmen. Thanks for your honesty Mark and I'll see ya next year as you recommended! more

Any Hour 2/1/2012

We contacted Any Hour in November when our furnace stopped working. Marc, the technician was terrific. Our appointment was scheduled quickly, and when Marc came to install our furnace he was friendly, polite, professional and engaging. He did an excellent job, and walked us through everything he did and offered suggestions to improve our energy efficiency. I would recommend them to anyone and use them again! more

Glad I Found Them 1/24/2012

I needed routine checks on my furnace and on some electrical stuff in the basement. I had coupons and hoped I wouldn't be surprised with extra items I needed to pay for. NOPE! The technicians came out, checked the stuff, which all looked, and charged me the $49 per visit. Very friendly and helpful. Would recommend. more

Fast, Friendly, Affordable. 1/9/2012

My mother's shower had been clogged for three weeks and she wouldn't call a anyone to have it fixed because she was afraid the cost would be too high. I called Any Hour as a Christmas gift to her, they came out the same day!! she was so happy and said it was a pleasure to have the technician in her home. Drain clean special was only $49! really fit my budget! Thanks Any Hour! more

The Only Company I'll Ever Trust With My Home Again!! 1/4/2012

I have called Any Hour out for several issues within my home, and am constantly impressed by their work and staff. I was suprised by how thorough their technicians were and truly feel that the cost is worth the great service and knowledgable techs. They answered all my questions and even drew out illustrations!! I love that they made the whole experience as quick and painless as possible, they even took care of a warranty plumbing issue from a previous company!! We will ONLY be calling them in the future!!
