I was a patient for a few years when I was a teenager. The sedative they used for a procedure didnt work. After trying it a few times she became frustrated and impatient and took her anger out on me. She would yell at me ""WHY ISNT IT WORKING?"" She tried to imply that I had a drinking problem and that it was my fault the sedative wasnt working. This happened every time I came in. When I complained of pain during a procedure she yelled ""WHY DOES IT HURT? IM NOT EVEN TOUCHING THE CAVITY!!"" I never had an answer for her because I am not a dental professional. I just sat in shock and humiliation everytime I came in. I couldnt believe she would treat her patients this way. I finally got my family to switch dentists. Dont subject yourself to this abusive, bad-mannered dentist. more

If you have an alternative, go elsewhere. Although she is nice and pleasant, her work is terrible. I had to get EVERYTHING that she did redone. It may seem like good work but after a few months everything falls apart and my new dentist tells me the work quality was terirble. I do not recommend her at all. more
