Cut and color 11/6/2011

Kathleen has been my stylist for over 6 years. She wAs out due to a pregnancy, and I was accommodated . However, my hair was not exactly how I wanted it. When Kathleen returned, I was thrilled. My hair color and cut was perfect! She is amazing and I have referred her to other friends who now see her. I would wait 2 months to see her if I had to. She has a huge talent for color . I understand she's only now working on Saturdays, and I had no problem getting in to see her. Thanks again Kathleen for making me look gorgeous!! Lol more

always poor service at the front desk 10/11/2011

The few times I've been into the salon to purchase product, the front desk staff has appeared unintersted, bored, and rude. Rather than being greated with a simple "hello", I am instead greated with a "do you have an appointment?" and no eye contact. I really should have just turned around and gone to another Aveda salon if there were one closer to my house!!!! more
