Ann Taylor Loft is the less formal/expensive version of Ann Taylor. They'll often have a pretty full sales/clearance rack, which makes for some great deals. It's not terribly trendy clothing, but its perfect for business casual clothes. They also have really cute shoes. Recently they've been offering children's clothing too.
The best part about this particular Ann Taylor Loft are the saleswomen. They're really friendly but let you browse and try on in peace, if that's what you want. They also carry petite sizes and actually have an entire section for petites.
