This bike shop initially impressing me with great customer service and friendly staff, but they have since proved to be inept and unwilling to stand behind their product. They sold me a wheel set which has continually had problems. I told them where and how I rode, and they recommended this wheelset. Now that I have had it for over 6 months and it has never worked properly (the back wheel keeps breaking spokes) they tell me I am stuck with wheels that have never really worked, and that I am abusing the wheel (by riding it on the sidewalk, or crashing the bike, or something). There is a reason there have been several people who work there that have quit and moved to other shops. It is difficult to work for a shop who does not stand behind its product. I am also told the shop is several months behind on paying its employees (which I guess is probably why they don't want to stand behind what they sell, when that would cost money). If you are looking for a simple fix, they will do an alright job. But, if you are looking to actually buy something that you hope will last or get an important repair, please, go somewhere else, and save yourself the time, stress, and money of dealing with a shop that does not stand behind what it sells.
