A Total Relaxation experience 7/1/2011

I went to Bea for a pedicure and a renewal facial. I came in so stressed, and left so relaxed and refreshed. I never got a facial from Bea before, I definately will be back. She is wonderful! I highly recommend a facial from her! more

First visited Jessica at Aveda about 6 months ago. At that time I had hair to my mid back (i'm a guy) and wanted a change. I brought in a few pics and before long I had a new cut and Jess had 10 inches of hair on the ground and I left smiling. Over the next few visits Jess refined the style to fit me which is a hard thing to find in ANY industry these days. I will continue seeing Jessica at the Hampton Aveda as long as I am within 100 miles of her talented hands and eyes for detail. Thank you for providing such a great service. Sincerely... Great place 6/13/2011

I first tried the facial with Bea when I received a gift certificate from my family. I have returned a second time and will continue returning. All the employees are very friendly and the experience is fantastic, it is well worth the cost. I highly recommend Animare Aveda. more

This is my second visit to the salon and my experience has been absolutely wonderful! They staff is very friendly and pleasant. On both occasions, I have come for a Brazilian wax, and Bea is the best! I feel like she's one of my friends; she's very personable and does a flawless job! Keep it up! more

I wanted to try a different type of nail salon so i choose this place since it was a spa. I had made my appt online for the Spa Pedicure. They send you an email confirmation. I got their it was so nice they asked if i wanted something to drink water, coffee, tea i said water and was thinking it would be in a bottle but it was a cold chilled glass of water. I was truly impressed. My pedicurist came out to greet me and we went to the back her name was Jess S. this was the best pedicure i have ever had it was a like a bench with the two sink and we were able to talk i read magazines but it was a very differnt experince from the normal nail salons. I will be going back before the end of the month to get another spa pedicure. I told a friend of mine about it before i even left the salon that's how good it was. more

I love my haircut and color!! 5/30/2011

Thanks so very much to Sallie. She is the first stylist that ever really listened to me to regarding my color. She is very enthusiastic about her work and it is very obvious that she is very interested in all the variety of hair styles..she gave me excellent recommendations taking into considerations my texture and thickness of hair. Can't say enough about her. She is just a great person and an asset to your salon. more

I love my new haircut AND color! Jessica did an amazing job--all the sylists are great there! Very friendly, knowledgeable, and talented. I love the Aveda products as well; especially their volumizing line--better than any other brand out there. Highly recommend this salon. more

I've gone to Animare to get my hair done and for waxing. The people there are so sweet and make you feel so comfortable. I have nothing but great things to say about everyone I've come in contact with at the salon! Will only go to them as long as I'm in Virginia! more

Hampton Needs to Step it Up 5/28/2011

I went for a 30 minute facial and I left not feeling relaxed, justified for the money I spent. Worse was that because it was a rainy weekday the lady that completed my facial was not very attentive. Hampton needs to step it up to be in the same league as the Newport News Oyster Point location. more

Excellent as always! Sally is the best hair stylist I have ever had the privilege to use, bar none. I have been seeing her at least a year and my hair has never been better! And the experience is a treat to the senses with the tea and special aromatherapy oils, shampoo, conditioner, and gel she uses. more

Exactly what I wanted! 5/21/2011

I went in today to have Tricia do my hair for a military ball. I brought in two pictures and asked her for a combination of the two and she far exceeded my expectations! I received lots of compliments on my hair this evening thanks to her. I would definitely recommend her for any special occasion styles! more
