My cat Jamaica of17 years suddenly became very ill, walking sideways, unable to stand. After taking care of her during the night I knew what I needed to do. My husband called the office at 830AM and they told us to come in right away. When we arrived we were ushered directly into a room which was great, I couldnt stop crying; saving me from embarrassment. After a brief examination it was determined that it was Jamaica's time to rest. They were professional, caring and understood my pain. What impressed me the most is they sent me a condolence card with everyones signature.
