Dr. Bishop & staff, Thank you for all your help when we said goodbye to Callie. Jess answered all our questions, described the process, and tried her best to schedule you to come the house Fri. morning. But I decided to bring in Cal in Thurs. Everyone was kind and professional. Thank you more

really deeply care for the animals. 4/19/2011

The first time I came into your office, I was so upset at the way the other vet we used to go to treated her. They treated my Lacie like dirt because she wasn't perfectly behaved. i asked you the outright if you would take care Lacie with love, even though she only behaved when She wanted to. Lacie had a mind of her own, she was sweet by all means but she was also bossy, a little con artist, a food thief and growl at anyone who attempted to touch her paws. the only way to get Lacie to follow any directions was to entice her with biscuts, when she found out which pocket had biscuits, she was so smart, every time she saw the trainer she would go straight for the treats in the pocket then and only then would she do any training. Walking into your office was beautiful. Knowing you and your staff as wall as St. Francis and all of Gods angels were amongst you. The best part was you were always patient, kind and truly concerned. Your staff knew my Lacie and her personality, she was never treated like a file number chart. And all of you treated all your clients the same. You really deeply care for the animals. more

Dr. Bishop and his staff have taken great care of my dog. They are a local practice that my family trusts. All the employees are friendly and professional, and they go the extra mile to make sure that their patients and the pet are comfortable and well cared for. more

The doctor is not a vet because he cares for your pet's well being. He is in it for money only. If you care about your pet's safety and well-being, DO NOT bring your dog or cat to this person. He is impatient, FAKE, and you should not trust him with your beloved pet!!!!\r \r Take time to look up this doctor. You know it's bad when his name is mentioned to other veterinarians and they have negative things to say about him. This clinic should be shut down for good. more

IF YOUR PETS ARE YOUR FAMILY, THIS IS YOUR VET! 11/21/2010

I have known Dr. Ray Bishop for 30 years! I met him through a pet emergency and he's been my vet ever since, through 1 cat and 9 dogs! My pets are my family, and he is the only vet I've known who treats my pets as well as I would. My pets have gone through many illnesses as they've aged, and he researched when necessary, called specialists when necessary, and when the time came to let go, was more than compassionate! I would never go to another vet! If you love your animals as much as I do, you must see Dr. Bishop! more

They care 11/8/2010

I just got a new kitty and I was calling around looking for a Vet in the Naperville area. When i called Animal Health Care i felt that if i took my kitty there she would be taken care of. When i went in for my appointment the staff was just like they were on the phone, very friendly. The Doctor took hi time with my kitty. He showed a lot of concern and patience. more

All this place wants is your money. The health of your pet is somewhere else down the line. They could care less about your pet. I have seen the way they treat pets in the back and it was very sad!!!!!!!!!! The Dr there is an idiot!!!! He knows nothing about vet care and needs a new profession!!!!! Same as the unhelpful staff they employ!!!!!!!! HORRIBLE PLACE TO TAKE YOUR BELOVED PETS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! more
