The first time I came into your office, I was so upset at the way the other vet we used to go to treated her. They treated my Lacie like dirt because she wasn't perfectly behaved. i asked you the outright if you would take care Lacie with love, even though she only behaved when She wanted to. Lacie had a mind of her own, she was sweet by all means but she was also bossy, a little con artist, a food thief and growl at anyone who attempted to touch her paws. the only way to get Lacie to follow any directions was to entice her with biscuts, when she found out which pocket had biscuits, she was so smart, every time she saw the trainer she would go straight for the treats in the pocket then and only then would she do any training. Walking into your office was beautiful. Knowing you and your staff as wall as St. Francis and all of Gods angels were amongst you. The best part was you were always patient, kind and truly concerned. Your staff knew my Lacie and her personality, she was never treated like a file number chart. And all of you treated all your clients the same. You really deeply care for the animals.
