Animal Care Clinic of Rural Hall

My family has been with Drs. Roberts for YEARS. We can't imagine going anywhere else. They are compassionate and caring and have awesome bedside manners. They have helped me over the years to make sure some stray kittens were healthy enough to find homes for - without breaking my pocketbook. They are so very compassionate when the inevidable comes and it is time to put an animal down. At the saddest time of owning an animal, they are like having friends there with you. more

I was referred to the Animal Care Clinic by an office assistant at a Vet's office in King, NC. I had three very sick only hours old kittens that were still attached to the placenta and abandoned by their mother. I rushed them over to the ACC, and met the lovely Dr. Lynn Roberts. She was able to seperate the babies from the placenta, tied off their umbilical cords, and got them all cleaned up. She then gave me a container of powdered KMR, and a baby bottle with instructions as to how to save these kittens. Most importantly to me, was that I was charged a fee that I could afford! Sadly, two of the babies passed away, but it is now the 6th day of survival for the third little kitten. Dr. Roberts was wonderful, helpful, and I would recommend her highly to anyone needed pet care. Thank you so much, Dr. Roberts! more

My pup got loose recently. Thanks to a local business owner, he was taken to ACC where Tiffany in particular took great care of my boy until I could get there to pick him up. While there, the staff of the clinic ran some tests to ensure the animals overall health and gave him some meds(tests and meds that would have normally run over $50). The only thing they wanted was for the dog to go back to his happy home.\r \r They will be my Niko's medical care provider from now on.\r \r Many thanks to the great staff at ACC. more

Dr. Preston Roberts and his staff are the kindest, gentlest people to help you and to help your beloved pet. He was there for us and for our Zoi when she suddenly became very ill. His compassion and gentleness meant so much to us. Even though our Zoi has crossed to the Rainbow Bridge, we know that he and his wonderful staff did everything in their power to help our baby but when the time came to say goodbye to her, I am so thankful Dr. Roberts was with us and with our Zoi to make it as easy as humanly possible. God surely blesses him for his touch with animals and their parents. Jerry and I thank you all from the bottom of our hearts. more

Dr. Preston is exceptional. I took our rat terrier to Dr. Preston's office after our dog had been unable to hold down food consistently for 5 days. We had taken our dog to another veterinarian earlier in the week and had been given an estimate of more than $500 for testing to determine the cause of his illness. Dr. Preston performed an exam and almost immediately excluded a condition which the other Dr. wanted to charge $220 to test for. He quickly identified the problem and performed surgery to correct the problem on the evening of Good Friday. The total charge for examination, testing and surgery was what the other Dr. was going to charge me for lab work. I appreciate Dr. Preston's professionalism and care for our pet. He has earned our business in the future. I would recommend him highly. more

Always cares about you and your animal \r Edit Review? By Ann K. \r the Dr. There and ALL his associates seems to care about you and your dog/cat/etc. If you are upset they are there for you, to console you till you find out the diagnosis for your Pet. That means a lot to us as consumers because you are taking your loved one to a Dr. for help to get it well the same as you take your family member. The Pet is just and extention of your family and the bond there is as strong as the one to your loved ones. They are truly great up there and it is a pleasure to go in with my pet knowing she is going to get the best help available to me. more
