Angels Animal Shelter

I've been a volunteer before at other animal shelers/hospitals. I've been a cat owner for over 40 years and what I want to say about Angell's/MSPCA is just that if I were an animal in this part of the country... THIS is where I would hope to be brought if I was sick or injured! I have never seen the level of attention, affection, cleanliness and care as I have seen here. I have seen enough to make me break my own rule (not to be around animals until I am in a place where I can have them again) and volunteer for not just one position, but as many as they will let me. I'm also participating in the Walk for the Animals on Sep 12th. If you are looking for a furry "child"; or have spare time on your hands..please come here and find someone who is waiting for a "forever" home. If you can no longer care for your furry, finny or feathery friend.. please do NOT abandon them on the street.. bring them here!! more

This place is awesome for fostering and the people here really love animals. They treat people just as well as animals and are grateful to those who choose to help out. I have fostered kittens from here in some cases for months. You can have animals from weeks to months. This is a great place to adopt kittens and puppies and, they care for their animals. If are thinking about fostering or adopting this is the place for you. more
