In and out in less than 30 mins. for an oil change. I always feel like my business is appreciated and that my time is valuable at Andy's.

Bad front brakes 10/15/2016

Needed the whole front brake job done calipers ,hoses rotors,the works they had me in and out in a day and the brakes feel like new,I have 4 cars in the family and will now bring every one of them to Andys to be serviced,Thank you so much for your GREAT service more

Another great experience 10/13/2016

I took my Accord in for an issue that is necessary for my car to pass its upcoming inspection, and Johnny was perfectly honest in letting me know that Honda would fix the issue for free (hidden warranty) rather than my having to pay Andy's Auto to do it. Such honesty and care for their customers is a hallmark of this repair facility, and I appreciate it very much! more

Fast, Friendly and Pleasure to do business with! 9/18/2016

Shop was busy, however they had time for my inspection. I stopped in on my way home from work thinking I would just make an appointment for service. I was surprised that they would do my inspection right there and then. While waiting, there was great conversation and friendly people that made me feel welcome! more

I am a widow and was prepared to pay $200 or below for changing spark plugs. Wow! The bill was $386.22. Perhaps you should have notified me before the bill was that high. I was very disappointed. 9/14/2016

Honest Service 9/9/2016

My car wouldn't start. It was having, what seemed to me to be starter or alternator issues. The mechanics at Andy's saw that it was just my battery. So, instead of paying hundreds of dollars more for an alternatir( like most garages would change - whether I needed it or not), Andy's was honest! more

Oil change and checkover 8/27/2016

Oil change went smoothly; Checkover found several problems, leaking coolant on top of engine. Taking care of that problem next week. with 121,000 miles and 11 years old, I try to have problems fixed. I love my Explorer and want to keep it running.Correcting problem is cheaper than a new vehicle to me. more
