Quick and Knowledgeable! 8/24/2013

Came in 1 hour before closing on a Friday (it was very busy) to get my oil changed. They were very nice about changing my oil and I was out in no time! I also told them about what my car was doing when I drove it every morning. They looked at it and told me what the problem was. Thank you! I'm super happy, I will be there again this week to have the problem fixed! more

Efficient and friendly 8/8/2013

Needed a bumper to bumper check before going on a long trip. They found one brake light out and charged me a whopping $3.53. I thought they made a mistake but found that they don't charge for "courtesy" inspections. Can't be beat. more

Determined to get it right. 7/17/2013

Andy's Automotive ran diagnostics and fixed our vehicle's problem. In a couple of months the problem reoccurred. They fixed the problem again AT NO CHARGE, and this time, they were able to determine the cause of the problem...misfire of 1st cylinder. They spelled out a 3 step repair beginning with the least expensive possible solution, to the most expensive. Very pleased with their work. They were patient with me and both of my children, and they have that nice Kerig coffee maker. ha. more
