You broke our weather monitor and never paid for it. \r

You also did not return our garage door opener that we lend you for access to our home. That's called stealing. It was brand new. We want it back. \r

Now, for the consumer:\r

Stay away from these guys or don't let them in your house. They were hired to tearout old and install new cabinets, do some replumbing/rewiring etc. They failed to protect the hardwood flooring and damaged it many times. The new cabinets were also damaged over and over. They just couldn't understand why we were getting so upset and kept complaining. When they were almost finished, they abandoned the job and left it unfinished. They seem to not comprehend our disatisfaction with them since we didn't have to pay the almost $1800 balance. These people are very unprofessional. Their rebuttal to our compalint we wrote is written by someone who had never been to the job site and was going entirely on second hand knowledge. The thing that really got our attention on their rebuttal was them insisting that they covered the counters and flooring everyday with tarp or cardboard and cleaned up carefully every day. The problem we have with this is the many, many photos I took of them working with totally unprotected flooring and counters. They even used the brand new $5000 counter as a workbench. Their total lack of concern for our property was almost beyound belief.\r

Want people working for you with ""Integrity""? Do NOT hire these guys...
Pros: Had their own tools (mostly).
Cons: Broke our weather monitor and did not pay for it. Did not return our garage door opener remote. Failed to repair the damage they were causing the to hardwood floor and brand new cabinets.
