I found Walter to be an excellent lawyer and advocate for my case. He has a very detailed knowledge of the law and a very assertive courtroom manner. He is very adept at courtroom strategy and is quick at trial maneuvers. He was extremely assessable and was available to meet evenings or weekends. He was ALWAYS prepared and was never caught off guard by the other side?s attempts or motions. He wasn?t cheap but he earns his pay and then some! I am a client of Mr. Anderocci's, in a current action. I am 110% satisfied with Mr. Anderocci's capable and effective representation. I feel that he is truly protecting me and my best interests. Walter Anderocci is the attorney YOU need for such an overwhelming endeavor. There is much I could say about the man, all of it high praise for him, but let me tell you what you need to know. My daughter and I went to see him about her divorce and custody case. It is a very complicated case, involving two states. We consulted with several lawyers at a most difficult and emotional crossroads in her case. Each lawyer we consulted with earlier in the day delivered the most disappointing news, and basically told us ""sorry, this is just how it is."" Well, that was not good enough for Mr. Anderocci. Although he could make no promises, he was clear on why he thought he could have success with this situation, and the case as a whole. We felt his honesty, and we felt the command he had of the law; there was no mistaking it. My daughter retained him on the spot, and it was a life-changing decision. There are many lawyers - good ones too - but there is only one Walter Anderocci. We have had a lot of experience with attorneys in this drawn-out, convoluted case. Based on a strong personal recommendation, I hired Mr. Anderocci to represent me in a divorce with custody issues. He told me he would represent me for a fixed fee, then refused to represent the best interests of me and my children based on the flat fee arrangement which did not specify shared custody or extensive overnights with an abusive parent as a condition of the fee. When I hired another attorney, he refused to turn over my file although I had paid him in full according to our arrangement. He told me to talk to my mother because ""she is the one who writes the big checks."" Took him to the disciplinary board. He may fight for his clients when he wants to but his primary motivation is money for himself. He made a disgusting situation even more disgusting by his bullying and strong arm tactics which held up my divorce for six months. more
