The office personnel are all very professional and friendly. All maintenance is fast and complete. The cleaning crew are great. The grounds and laundry and pool are immaculate. I feel very safe living here. more

The couple of issues we had were resolved right away at the office. Mary and Mike were super attentive to our needs, and Andres the maintenance man was just the best. We thought the price and services included were fair, except for the Internet-WIFI which was shaky and unreliable most of the time. more

if you see any positive reviews on this place on the internet, its all a fake and untrue. positive reviews are made by the employees in the front office to cover up bad reviews. this place is filled with criminals at night all the time. the front office people are in on it also. alot of sexual offenders live on property sense the owner himself is a past offender. never live here. Big improvement from the last time I stayed here 8 months ago and much better than any other apartment complex in the area. The property grounds were cleanly kept and the rooms upgraded significantly. Free upgraded Cable this time around too. They also added new pool furniture which is perfect for laying out in the Phoenix sun. For the price you are getting a great bargain. Just check out any of the other properties in the area and you will see why Anchorage Point is the best pick. I was surprised on how affordable they still are considering all the improvements. Thought for sure they would be much more expensive than the other properties, but there really wasn't that big of difference. All you have to do is show proof of income and you have yourself a nice place to stay! Pros: Clean, Freindly and helpful staff, many upgrades and improvements Cons: no pets more

I recently relocated to Phoenix and picked Anchorage Point to stay at because of their affordable weekly apartment rentals. The staff was extremely friendly and the property was very well kept. My apartment had recently been remodeled and was perfect for my short term needs. Rumors are that the property recently switched management companies and went through a huge remodel turning it into a great place to live. I would recommend Anchorage Point to anyone with temporary housing needs. Although I only lived there temporary, there are tenants who have lived there for years so if your looking for somewhere with a flexible lease that is extremely affordable this is the place for you. Pros: furnished apartments, clean, pool, BBQ areas, free Internet and free cable TV more
