Our original closing date was delayed about 45 days due to issues with the sellers. Anchor abstracting did not re-request up to date tax info for the second closing date. Due to their negligence, we received a property tax bill 6 months later that was over due. They did not include any with holdings during the closing to cover the property taxes either.
